If your item never ships or does not match the listing description, you are eligible for a full refund. Requests for refunds due to these reasons must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date accompanied with photos of the discrepancy. For all other situations, including change of mind or dissatisfaction not related to the accuracy of the listing, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
